[ ... should yuuki look down, she will see kokichi just standing right underneath her tree, phone out and completely staring up at her. he'll wave once she spots him! ]
[There aren't even any leaves. This is a very inappropriate name for the season. But at the second part, she looks down to Kokichi again, expression mostly neutral - which of course means she's apprehensive.]
Memories, I guess? I had a weird dream, but it's pretty much exactly the way they said people remember things from the app.
[ oh? did yuuki already experience one of those "memories" that everyone kept talking about on the app? kokichi has done his fair share of digging throughout the app, going back as far as he can to skim through every post on this network to find any of the important stuff. he still hasn't gone through everything because that's two years worth of stuff, but he'll probably finish after he pulls an all-nighter tonight. ]
It wasn't really "about" anything... I just remember being a samurai and hanging out with a miko and a ninja dressed in bright green. It looked like it was sometime in the autumn?
[The trees were a pretty striking red.]
The weird part is how much the miko looked like me.
[ kokichi doesn't want yuuki to go out in the cold just so they can talk about her memories outside. if she doesn't even want to talk about it online, why would she want to talk about it in a semi-public location? might as well do everything at home. so, about twenty minutes later as he said, he arrives back at their cosy little apartment. he brings with him a small plastic bag from the local convenience store as well, figuring that he can at least grab them some lunch. it'd probably have idk whatever yuuki's favourite to-go meal and drink from a 7/11 are. ]
I'm back.
[ he'll annouce as he locks the door behind him and starts to take off his shoes. ]
[ food! it should still be warm since he just picked it up and the store isn't that far from their place. after he takes off his shoes, he walks over to the dining room and sets the bag onto the table. there are also snacks in there because he likes occasionally munching on junk food. ]
Someone's in good spirits. And here I thought you'd be curled up in bed, all embarrassed from your new weeb memories.
[ okay, well, he just had to let that one slip, but he'd go back to being a good concerned older brother. probably. ]
The first one wasn't so bad, at least. I'm pretty sure I was a fairy - I flew down after some other fairy guy I'd just defeated, and a whole crowd of other fairies were cheering. After that, I started looking for the next person to challenge me to a sword fight.
[As she talks, she reaches over to drag the bag of her food over, a couple corn dogs that are easy enough to eat while still working on the computer. She then attempts to snag some of the other snacks, too.]
[ if she grabs for his favourite bag of chips, he's going to take hold of it so no, that's his. he also has a few slices of pizza and cans of pop in there for him. ]
Uh-hhhhhhhhhhhuh...
[ yuuki, do you realize what you just described... ]
Well! It's official. Yuuki is from a bad direct-to-VHS Barbie movie! Complete with fairies, samurais, and mikos!
[ thank youuuu, they're his. he'll set them on his side of the table but he doesn't sit down just yet. he takes off his jacket and scarf, hanging them over his chair, before he goes into the kitchen to wash his hands. ]
So that's why you think you're remembering different lives. Well, like some of the responses you got to your post, it's possible. If you can remember one life then why can't you remember more than that? Apparently, there are even different timelines of a single world that existed for some users, so anything's possible.
[ he rinses his hands and dries them on the kitchen towel as he makes his way back to the table. ]
[She's already confused just hearing about it. But at his question... She just takes another bite to give herself some time to think.]
I don't know. Kind of? It sounded like people were remembering someone else... like, one someone else. So I was getting ready to deal with that, right?
But I have noooo idea what to do when my memories are three totally different things.
[She just got stuck in the body of a fairy and now this.]
Huh?
[It takes a few minutes of confusion and attempted telepathic talk for her to realize that hey, she kind of... recognized that voice? Maybe. If it was real.
Thinking someone was talking about cosplay when they aren't anywhere close?
I don't even know what conventions they have around here... But then again, with all the app stuff, who knows if I'll even be able to do anything for it.
[ you know what's a good way at greeting your little sister in your apartment? by waiting silently by her bedroom door and then immediately popping up into view as soon as the door opens. that won't give anyone a heart attack, right? ]
Hewwooooo!
[ this is a good way to start off a serious conversation, right? ]
02/01 - during their text convo

It's actually surprisingly comfortable!

I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about the tree. That poor thing must be dying holding your weight on its branch!
no subject
Please. These old trees can support way more than just lil ol' me.
no subject
[ no, he'd stay because he guesses he's kind of a good brother :/ ]
Anyway, what's on your mind?
no subject
You'll support me no matter what, right Greeny?

02/07 - after the network post
I'm back.
[ he'll annouce as he locks the door behind him and starts to take off his shoes. ]

Yooooo!
[She sounds cheerful enough at least.]

They weren't that weeby this time!
[That's a low, low bar though.]

Nuh-uh! There weren't any samurai or miko in this one.
[And she'll take a bite of a corn dog, chewing thoughtfully.]
There also weren't any fairies when I was a samurai. And the newest one...
None of them line up.

3/5, telepathy misfire
Did Yuuki want to randomly hear a voice in her head today? Because that's happening today, apparently.
[Sometimes I wish I were more sociable so I could just openly ask if someone could make me some cosplay...]
Huh. ]
no subject
Huh?
[It takes a few minutes of confusion and attempted telepathic talk for her to realize that hey, she kind of... recognized that voice? Maybe. If it was real.
So, a bit later, Raina receives a text.]
Do you cosplay???
no subject
But when she sees the text she just-- ]
No, of course not.
[ --lies like a lying liar ]
Why are you asking?
no subject
Too bad, you'd probably look really good in it.
Anyway, I though I heard your voice in my head? But I guess I imagined it
Sorry, that's probably really weird, huh?
no subject
And it's not that weird, considering all of the application.
